The John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) is conveniently located at 55 Broadway in Cambridge, Massachusetts, across the street from the Kendall Square Marriott hotel, near the MIT/Kendall Square stop on the MBTA Red Line.

 

Who:

Federal, state, and local government employees responsible for developing and managing COOP programs and those participating as an Emergency Relocation Group (ERG) member in a COOP Program. 

 

Application:

Please submit a 119-Form using one of the options below:

 

The FEMA National Preparedness Division will accept forms via email to Regional Training Manager Daisy Sweeney at (Daisy.Sweeney@fema.dhs.gov).

Applications may also be faxed to (617) 956-7538.

Approved participants will receive notification from FEMA - Region I National Preparedness Division. 

All participants must cover their own travel expenses.
